We have all been there. A spritz of our favourite scent on the way out there door only to find that by midday it all but disappeared. A new concept that I stumbled upon is scented jewellery! This seems to have hit big over in the U.S, and to be honest I had never heard of it before. If anyone had said scented jewellery to me before, first thing that would have came to mind would be those sweetie type necklaces you got as a kid. But no, not these gorgeous pieces of artwork! 

They are from a very upmarket perfumery called Kilian who have two beautiful stores based in New York and Moscow. First of all, look at how beautiful the stores are! Wouldn’t you be so happy going to work each day?

Kilian is owned by Kilian Hennessy who trained with the greatest noses in the perfumery world and worked for the most prestigious perfume houses such as Christian Dior, Paco Rabanne, Alexander Mc Queen and Giorgio Armani.

Kilian’s scented jewellery is absolutely beautiful, and something I would definitely wear. They are ultra-luxe premium pieces, in a choice of 18k gold or Rhodium, delicately fragranced with Kilian scents. The pieces have leather tassels, which are infused with micro-encapsulated fragrance while others have a removable disc with is also fragranced. Both are said to last for up to one year, after which the removable parts can be replaced with freshly-scented ones.
