September Favourites

DSC_0117

I really had to narrow this down as I have so many different products on the go the past two months, and pretty much loving all of them! Here are the few that made the cut!

Aussie Deep Treatment Mousse Conditioner

This has been out quite a while but I only started to try it out a few weeks ago. First of all it smells amazing – as all Aussie products do! I never used this type of conditioner before, so was a little strange to use at first. I also used WAY too much product, as this sinks right into your hair unlike a regular conditioner. This left my hair so soft and smelling lush! I think I will pick up a few more of these when Boots do their 3 for 2 offers.

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Yoghurt

I have been loving this as it is great for just a quick swish of colour on the lids, and as you know I love my neutrals so win win! It’s really creamy in texture and very easy to blend with a brush. The colour is slightly shimmery but not overly so. Fab for less than a fiver.

Blank Canvas F20 Buffing Brush

I literally only started using it this week but I had to include as its so fantastic! I have been reaching for this every day instead of my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush and that says something! I love how flat the bristles are and its so so soft! This gives a beautiful airbrushed finish with my liquid foundation. Best part is they come in a duo pack for €22.99. Bargain!

Viktor & Rolf – Flowerbomb

I bought this perfume for a knock down price of €35.00 on ItsFabuless.com. You really should check them out! This is floral yet dries down to a slight hint of musk. Its a great daytime fragrance as its not too overpowering. I have worn this to work a lot and got lots of lovely compliments – which is always nice!

REN Cleansing Balm

On week 5 of using this and as you may know, I’m a huge fan of Hot Cloth Cleansing so this is right up my alley. Its a very thick balm and I love the fact that it’s in a tube. When you massage it into your skin it turns into an oily texture and takes everything off, including mascara. It also smells like you have just had a facial in a spa – you know that smell? Amazing. Love this a lot!

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo +

Yes I know I am terribly late on the bandwagon with this, but I wanted to give it a good trial run to see what they hype was about. I use this just at night under my moisturiser and I have really found I have less breakouts, and any I do have tend to politely bugger off a lot quicker. I didn’t however notice any difference with pore size but it’s a great addition to my skincare routine regardless and will re-purchase.

Hope you enjoyed my September favourites! Is there anything here you have already tried before?

Much love x

I know, it’s only when your skin starts playing up that you realise how good it is!

Yup! The packaging can be a little bashed but the product is perfect. Near double that price in Boots!

I’ve been wanting to fork out for Flowerbomb for an age, and at that price I might just! Prob would have thought it was a fake or too good to be true without the recommendation. Also partial to a big of hot cloth cleansing action myself so must try that REN one! Lovely selection! 🙂

No I have bought lots of perfumes from this site and its 100% legit, just the packaging can be damaged so that’s why they can sell it cheaper. Not ideal of you are giving as a present but perfect if it’s for yourself!

The F20 is my absolute favourite foundation brush. I have 2 of them, and a couple of dozen other BCC brushes.

I have the strawberry milk NYX pencil, and it is a really pigmented. Great pencils!

I don’t think I have tried any of these products.. I tried something from that Aussie brand, I think it was a shampoo, but I can’t even remember whether I liked it or not..
