I have been a loyal fan of Liz Earle Skincare products for well over a year now. My skin has never been so good since using them! I religiously use the Hot Cloth Cleanser, Skin Tonic & Moisturiser. But the one product that has stood out for me is the Superskin Concentrate. I bought this as a Christmas present to myself after reading such amazing reviews about it. I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing it as it is on the pricey side, but I wasn’t disappointed! This stuff is worth its weight in gold! I am now half way through the bottle, and thought it deserved a review!
Packing & who it’s suitable for:
It comes in a frosted glass bottle with a pump, which doses out just the right amount of oil. The first thing you notice is the smell, my god it is just divine, with the most prominent fragrance being Neroli. I could just smell it all day! This oil really sinks into your skin and dosen’t leave an oily feeling on your face. Liz Earle states that this is suitable for all skin types, by helping soften dry or mature skin, to help balance combination or oily skin.
How I use it:
I generally use this at night. After cleansing and toning, I use one pump of this and massage onto my skin, whilst breathing the beautiful aroma. Its so relaxing! I then follow with my Liz Earle moisturiser. I sometimes use one pump with my cleanser if my skin feels very dry, or I will mix some with a face mask that I am using.
Naturally Active Ingredients:
This is oil is packed full of loveliness! It includes:
Lavender Essential Oil
Neroil Essential Oil
Chamomile Essential Oil
Pricing & where you can buy:
This is priced on the Liz Earle Irish website at €48.25 for a 28ml bottle. You can also buy a 10ml rollerball for €24.00 or a 2ml sample for €7.25. P&P to Ireland is usually €7.50 but I would definitely advise that you sign up for their newsletters, as they do offer free P&P at certain times of the month. Liz Earle is also available at Wilde & Green in Milltown, Dublin 6 or Boots in Liffey Valley.
If you haven’t tried this, and are on the lookout for a facial oil, or just a treat to yourself, seriously consider this. I don’t think I will ever stop using it, I am always recommending it to family and friends!
Much love x
